Small company, with a kiss butt culture

Pros
Most of the employees are easy to get along with. It was a pretty laid back culture
Cons
It’s a small company, and the only employees that last 2+ years are the best at kissing the owners butt, and not their actual jobs. They hired a ‘director of operations’ because of how unorganized the company is ran, and the owner still won’t let them make any necessary changes.

Good pay; always plenty to do if you need extra hours ( I was PT); time went by fast; meaningful work for aviation community; Asst Mngr there was always on the ball & helpful
Cons
AC didn't work in 1/2 of warehouse; Couldn't have AC set below 75 in part of warehouse that did work, but that was only bad thing during the summer.
