Huge mess internally. Management has no clear direction for the business, and whenever numbers are bad, they question everyone instead of actually trying new ideas or strategies. Very old-school mindset from many senior management staff, and a lot of them seem more interested in chatting in office than improving the company. The environment also feels very unstable. I’ve seen colleagues get retrenched, so it really feels like a hire-to-fire culture at times. Bonuses are terrible too, and management likes to blame it on “the board.” Also noticed quite a few bullying incidents from management towards employees, which made the culture quite toxic and uncomfortable.

Heavy workload at times, would pretty much prefer a better pay.
