      Pros

      - People are lovely and there's a culture of continuous improvement where all ideas are welcome. - We're using modern technology and devices, and we're always keeping an eye on the next great IoT device. - We're going a great thing: helping people live independently at home for longer and providing peace of mind to family members. We're also a B-Corp! - Remote working and flexible working hours to fit around life commitments. Very generous holiday allowance (30 days + birthday annually)

      Cons

      - Our software processes aren't perfect and we're still refining them, but we'll have perfected them soon! - We don't do enough automated testing, but we've changed our strategy and will be dramatically increasing coverage over the next 6-12 months. - Remote working doesn't suit everyone. You need to be a self-starter and not be afraid to ask questions if you're unsure what to be getting on with. There's always someone willing to help!
