Pros
Some really nice people, great designs. Good office location. Some really passionate people. Work life balance was good. No over time was expected like other jobs.
Cons
Lack of direction in the company, has so much potential but no marketing plans ever or executed correctly which is such a shame. Penny wise pound foolish.
