This is the most dynamic, hard working, clever, and fun team I've ever worked with. The pace of iteration here is unlike anything I've experienced, and there's a strong culture around learning fast in a deliberate fashion.
Cons
It's a startup, and no startup is perfect. Rapid iteration means things fail sometimes, and failure and stress are companions.
A ton of learning opportunity at Mytra. Processes and documentations are still being built out in some areas, so you get the opportunity to design/create impactful practices. Industry leaders are continuously joining the company as we scale, and you get to collaborate with some of the best minds. The product they're are building is truly genius and leadership is transparent in the direction the company is heading.
Cons
It's a startup so it has it's typical growing pains but it's very rewarding.
-A culture of mutual regard and high standards.

-Values-based work.
-Majority pleasant and kind coworkers.
-Career development/opportunities.
-Working schedule flexibility.
