Pros

Hybrid Setup for Filipino Workers

Cons

The workload is overwhelming, managing 9-10 clients with no overtime pay or recognition for the extra hours worked. No salary increase as well!! The company blatantly ignores its employees' rights, failing to provide basic benefits like health insurance or fair compensation for overtime, especially for Filipino workers. It's clear they exploit their employees and show no respect for labor rights. No wonder why some of their US employees can afford the luxury of buying an LV, a product of exploitation LMAO! Please DO NOT waste your time here! Your talent won't be compensated well. Avoid this company if you value your time and well-being.

Pros

The N-Compass team has been an overwhelmingly positive experience from the top down. From the CEO Don Winfrey's appreciative and personal leadership to Creative Director Jocelyn Drgac's and Lead Designer Cat Phanthamany's clear direction and accommodating onboarding; joining the N-Compass team was like joining a team that deeply wants to succeed and wants you to succeed with them. The office, culture and intersecting teams are bright, excited, knowledgable and that shines from everyone on the team.

Cons

The workflow is constant which can result in lower quality work with minimal time spent. Expounded by low quality assets from clients (you get back what you put in!) which can result in cheapo graphics and branding. Pay and benefits are not exorbitant, but we recently received health insurance which is a great sign of growth.

Pros

Workmates are good at what they do and helpful.

Cons

The CTO, John, accused me of not working despite my tickets completing and moving. I was fired instantly without giving me a chance to explain or ticket review. I have reported this company to DOLE(Department of Labor and Employment yester 10/11). This company doesn't deseve Filipinos and should get out of the country. A waste of time. Illegal dismissal, no contract, non tax payment and non statutory benefits payments is illegal in PH. A red flag company.
