1. Improper working environment - certain office floors not equipped with pantry, water machine and toilet. 2. Poor Annual Leave entitlement structure 3. Averagely only 1 month bonus given yet release to staff in 4 quarters.

Lacks transparency and discipline of Agile practices leading to an ad-hoc work culture. Expect unexpected and frequent crunch times. Many seniors have left or leaving resulting to a big brain drain of domain knowledge. Also many positions are left unfulfilled. Company can't keep their senior staff or bring in experienced ones due to better opportunities elsewhere. Work environment is dated and lack of space results in meeting rooms sharing the same space as the pantry. So people will go in and out the meeting room to get water or snacks awhile a meeting is in progress. Very poor on-board and handover process. Due to lack any technical documentations and designs, handover of projects are done though a handful of meetings only. Many required tasks for new staff to be productive before joining are not done, resulting in wasted time. They should be prepared and done before a new member joins. Management is very uptight about clock in and out times which affects your pay and bonus. Benefits are on the low side and probation period have no leaves whatsoever, it's not prorated. So expect to take a few unpaid leaves during the 6 months probation for technical positions.
