There is a lot of freedom given to engineers to accomplish the scope of work in the way they feel is best. Constant feedback on your work makes you feel valued and appreciated. The focus is getting the work done rather than punching the clock. Remote work and flexible schedules are available. The leaders really care about your success in and out of work. Lots of opportunities to learn new things and attend conferences and events.
