      Pros

      Great exposure to the world of finance and money management. One of the biggest market makers in the region Smart people are located in few departments (CFO office, treasury, research, corporate banking)

      Cons

      Cut throat competition too much politics and lobbying Slow progression for the majority of the workers Frustrating at times, especially when working on new projects and initiatives. Way too conservative and under-capitalized when it comes to technology, taking rists, and man power.
