Management don’t care the local culture issue. Hard to grow the business. Lack of resources.

- Self Management, self driving - Flexibility - Extremely tech savvy and the company is extremely well recognized/respected in the industry.

Cons

- too much to learn as tech changes rapidly - being self managed also meant that you have to be more independent and creative in getting what you need
