Pros

Honestly the only benefit I can currently think of is weekly pay, and a Monday to Friday schedule.

Cons

This company brags about a healthy work environment, but its a joke. I am not sure if all the good reviews here are employees that are brainwashed or lying, but I am honestly shocked there are so many. First things first, there is no personal or sick time at this company. And they refuse to allow same day PTO. So if you are ill or have an emergency, you are basically out of luck. Second of all, they only allow 10 mins per WEEK outside of normal breaks to use the bathroom. That breaks down to 2 mins per day. If you need more, they will force you to get a doctor's note for using the restroom like a normal human. Third, when they introduce new processes, they do so by threatening punishment to force obedience. As if we are naughty elementary school children. Fourth, they will micromanage literally every second of your day. Fifth, their QA process is the most absurd process I have ever seen for a call center. They expect a 90% average, yet come up with new deductions every single week. There are no uniform expectations for the scorecard. There's a lot more I could say, but I'll end with this. You really don't want to work here, I promise.

We view all feedback as a gift. We genuinely regret that your experience didn’t match the positive, inclusive environment we aim for. I would like to provide some perspective regarding each of your points. Your acknowledgment of the consistent weekly pay and Monday-to-Friday schedule highlights some of the ways we prioritize work-life balance for our team members. Our PTO policy is designed to uphold employee well-being. We provide a generous PTO policy to our employees. We acknowledge that there's always room for improvement and will be reviewing this further. The restroom policy was initially intended to foster productivity. Recognizing the inconvenience it was causing to some, we revised this policy over a month ago to better accommodate our employees. Efficiency is a goal, but not at the expense of clear communication. We're committed to enhancing our communication strategies to offer clarity without added pressure. We believe in empowering our employees, and that means striking the right balance between oversight and independence. Training our managers in this area remains a continuous effort. Quality assurance is crucial for maintaining high service standards for our clients. We're taking steps to ensure our QA process is fair and transparent, so employees know exactly what's expected. Your feedback, and that of all our employees, drives our evolution as a company. We're always looking to enhance our workplace, and your insights are invaluable in that journey. We welcome further dialogue through our HR team. Once more, thank you for your insights. We're dedicated to transforming feedback into tangible improvements for all our team members.

We view all feedback as a gift. At NCD, we value every single one of our team members and we continuously strive to improve the work environment and culture. It's reassuring to hear that you enjoyed the work-from-home option and the one-hour lunch break. We have implemented these options as part of our commitment to flexibility and work-life balance for our employees. On your concerns about restroom break monitoring, we sincerely appreciate your feedback. Our aim is to maintain consistency and high-quality customer service, particularly in our call centers, and not to intrude on our employees' personal time. We acknowledge that our approach may come across as intrusive and we deeply regret if it has caused any discomfort. Our aim is to balance operational efficiency with respect for our employees' needs. Rest assured, we value our employees' comfort and privacy, and we make sure there are ample opportunities and time provided for restroom breaks. We are open to revisiting our strategies in response to your feedback and finding a more agreeable approach to ensure a comfortable working environment. The point you raised about collecting reviews is an important one. We continually strive to obtain customer feedback from our members and agents. However, it is not our policy to force employees to secure reviews at any cost. We want our employees to prioritize the quality of the service they provide to our clients above all else. If this policy has been misinterpreted or miscommunicated, we sincerely apologize. We always encourage our current and former employees to share their experiences and concerns either through platforms like Glassdoor or directly with us, so we can continue to improve and grow as a company. We value your perspective and will take your feedback into account as we strive to improve our workplace culture. We are committed to learning from these experiences and making necessary changes to ensure NCD Dental & Vision is a great place to work. We recognize that we may not always get it right, but we are open to feedback and ready to make improvements where necessary.

Pros

Pay, 2 breaks, 1 hour lunch

Cons

This company is full of games. You get 2 weeks of training, after that they throw u to the wolves, they micro manage, on the 1st day of training they tell u they don't which is a lie. The team leads are puppets for the manager. I was at home remote, me internet connection had messed up. When the internet was working again the team lead had the audacity to ask me ' Can I please explain why I'm 16 minutes late clocking in...My 1st thought was U don't own Me! This company rips off old people. Alot of the old people and doctors have never heard of this company. If the people want to cancel their dental insurance we have to try to retain them even if they get Medicare. We have to say Our plan covers what medicaid doesn't cover. I had soo many calls from old ppl saying Ncd is taking money from their account and they haven't never heard of this company. People please be Ware
