At NCMIC you'll be challenged to make a difference ... and your performance and results will be recognized and rewarded."
This could not be more inaccurate based on my experience. Management was the most unprofessional I have worked with in my career. I was not motivated or challenged, nor was my performance recognized. Despite several requests, development opportunities were not afforded. Communication was poor and there was a very condescending nature from management towards lower level employees. There were many unhappy employees during my employ, none of which the company attempted to work with to make happy nor attempted to retain them when they left.
Benefits were good, PTO days were less than other companies I have considered and pay was less than average for the same position in Des Moines. The company does offer wonderful holiday and other parties and gifts, but in lieu of compensation.
