Pros

The employees are great in the office, dedicated and smart. The product that was left behind from Peter Frazier is amazing.

Cons

The CEO is a major issue, he’s a quack and has terrible business sense. He runs his business off greed without regard for his customers or the integrity of his product (which he has made into a ounce of what Peter left behind). He doesn’t understand business, people, nor products. Manic owner with zero integrity, a skewed version of core values (that change quarterly) and poor ethics.

NES Health is committed to high levels of integrity, values and the empowerment of others in achieving their health goals. The company has grown exponentially over the past decade. NES Health started in the UK by our current CEO & Founder. Most of our employees have been with the company for over 10 years. Early in 2017, a sales office for the US market was setup in Tampa where unsuccessful leadership was hired, and led to additional unqualified hires of the local team. It was soon discovered that this team did not uphold the company’s core values and were not aligned with the company’s mission and goals. Our CEO moved to Tampa later in the year, and was faced with the tough decision of having to make a clean sweep, and removing said unqualified employees that were not carrying out our mission and values. In early 2018, NES Health hired an entirely new team to include our Chief Operations Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Sales and Global Controller, of which all have hired a very dedicated team focused on the mission and values of our company. Unfortunately, some of the prior team has been attacking the company via fake Glassdoor reviews in a malicious effort to hurt the company and tarnish our reputation. We encourage any prospective employees to talk to our new leadership team and current employees, and we welcome the opportunity that you join us to be part of our great mission in healing humanity.

Great People, Terrible CEO

Pros

Great people that work for the company for the most part.

Cons

The CEO has absolutely no idea what he is doing. He asks for feedback, then literally hides it when he doesn't like it. He brings in great new people, then fires them because he is paranoid at all times. Everyone is always scared for their jobs and he doesn't care.

Smoke and Mirrors

Pros

Extremely smart and talented co-workers (thankfully intelligent, sarcastic types that put a smile on your face daily, instead of the alternative as a norm). Truly some of the most passionate and skilled folks I've had the chance to work with. The recruiter is great at finding great, but that only goes so far when the CEO abruptly changes his mind (a daily occurrence) and fires A-team people without any warning. Competitive salaries - only to compensate for the crazy one must endure and a surreal expectation of the CEO bringing the company from CA.

Cons

It is very telling when a company has been around for so long (>15 years) and has yet to be successful in any manner, or stay in one location for any period of time. Turnover isn’t high, it’s OFF THE CHARTS, especially for a company less than 25 ppl on average. That is rarely due to the employee choosing to leave (even though every one of them is constantly looking but stays put for the $$ only). There are 0 benefits and make-believe bonus structures. There is no compassion for humans and there are no benchmarks for success or failure as an employee. Employment is completely at the whim of a CEO who consistently has his head in the clouds rather than attempting to or allowing other experienced folks, run and possibly grow the business. As for the business, it’s very interesting… liquid energy healing? The idea behind it is very positive and potentially life-altering for the believers. Which made for a sometimes, fun task to sell to. However, the scientific data is naught to prove the efficacy and 99% of the software development and product is behind closed doors, even to employees and the leadership team.
