The company does have an impressive portfolio of business partnerships and high-profile clientele, which could provide valuable exposure for employees.

Cons

This was by far the most disappointing work experience of my career. Employee treatment is inconsistent, and morale is extraordinarily low due to favoritism and instability stemming from the highest level of leadership. The senior leadership team is primarily composed of family members and friends, which has created a work environment that lacks professionalism and accountability. The "Chief People Officer" does not demonstrate the experience or strategic mindset needed to strengthen the workforce. Additionally, there is a significant lack of accountability at this level, with frequent shifting of blame and responsibility onto others instead of addressing issues and employee concerns constructively, which further exacerbates workplace challenges.

Cons

A negative workplace that lead to toxic and low energy, many employees leaving for better opportunities. Constant stress anxiety and burnout. No remote or hybrid only for favorites. Overall Low morale and stressful.
