      Pros

      Opportunity to help turn around a business to be successful and profitable.

      Cons

      Moldy Office, Rat infested, toxic work environment from some coworkers, disrespect, lack of communication to what my role entails, I was just yelled at by the things I didn't do. But I wasn't properly trained. Not enough staff, constantly understaffed.

      NEXDINE is experiencing tremendous growth - expanding it's footprint, welcoming new colleagues, and investing in the future of the organization. This momentum is a direct result of the dedication, passion, and service the operations teams deliver every day.

      Growth doesn’t come without challenges. There are moments where systems, processes, and communication need to catch up, but I see the organization and management teams working towards it.

      Getting to know residents and building a bond with them.

      Cons

      Worked for the company, wrongfully terminated. No guidance for newer workers to the company. No orientation but always expected to go above and beyond. Leadership is a joke, from top to bottom. The hiring process is laughable, the craziest turnover rate you’ll ever see. I have so many horror stories about this company I could write a book. Look at this terrible food and they want you to put your name in garbage. Terrible recipes and even worse execution. This company should be ashamed
