Pros

The health Benefits are quite literally the only good thing about NGK Locke, besides the new President who is doing good for the company.

Cons

There is NO competitive wage! The pay is definitely below average, with no plan to fix it. The machinery we run is falling apart more and more as time passes. There is no preventative maintenance schedule, and it's hard to start it at the condition the entire plant is in. Management is actually abysmal. By far the worst problem haunting NGK. Every terrible decision can be traced back to them, but they are really good at blaming each other or the associates to avoid trouble. I Firmly believe that HR is the reason why this company is struggling the way it is. The hiring model is cheap and outdated, using temps to fill the increasing gaps in the workforce.
