• Pay is advertised as “competitive,” but it is not competitive at all—regardless of education or experience • Very cliquey HR environment where gossip is common • Not inclusive of different personality types; introverts especially may feel excluded • Leadership presents as caring, but the actions do not match—employee well-being is not genuinely prioritized • Feedback is minimal, and performance concerns are not handled with fairness or coaching • Terminations can be abrupt, with little opportunity for improvement • If you’re not part of the inner circle, watch your back—the culture can feel hostile and unsafe
