      The People & Culture: Incredibly talented, passionate individuals. It’s a highly collaborative environment where teamwork is genuinely celebrated. World-Class Campus: The facilities, gyms, and overall campus environment are beautiful and top-tier—it’s a genuinely inspiring place to work everyday.

      Cons

      Career Progression Stagnation: Getting a promotion can be incredibly difficult and often feels like an uphill battle. Heavy Networking Required: Moving up or changing roles relies massively on "who you know" rather than just your performance. Extreme Meeting Culture: Highly meeting-heavy. There is a lot of "alignment for the sake of alignment," which can stall decision-making and slow down actual execution.
