Pros

Great culture, great people, and great work-life balance. Everyone is empowered to reach high and grow. We have access to a lot of things and opportunities, all we need to do is ask.

Cons

Sometimes important decisions regarding employees are made without consulting them. But it doesn't happen often. For the rest, Nmbrs is truly a great place to work!

Pros

Nmbrs® will do everything in its power to develop the talent of its employees. It has a flat organisational structure and even though it has over a hundred employees the culture feels like a laid back and tight knit family. Very young, diverse, talented and international workforce.

Cons

- Non-tech jobs pay a little less then average. - No remote working. - No managers culture can be challenging at times - Flat organisational structure makes promotions a little harder then usual

Not so much what they preach

Pros

At first i was very happy with the role I had and I thought i was finally in a place where i could see myself growing but that ended very quickly.

Cons

The feedback rounds must be handy for some roles but it also has to be limited to really the people working with you and not forced to include people that dont really know what you do. They are all about embracing cultural differences but then you are quickly left behind by your team if you dont act how they expect. Is impossible to keep on everyone expectations and it really crosses the line on having people giving you a bad review even though your day to day productivity is very high and there is not a proper and clear issue. Some people need to learn on only give feedback regarding to concret facts and not to be led on personal feelings. Also not so nice for the EE to have checks up with team members about someones productivity without that person being in the meeting. That caused me a job i really loved and gave my 10000%
