      Pros

      Senior management are good leaders. CEO and CFO are great.

      Cons

      Managing Directors lack leadership. Often are rude to staff in open settings. Manage with fear. Intimidates workers by being passive aggressive Talk down to staff. Toxic environment. Be carefull they expect long hours. 12hr days and will be on you constantly.
