Pros

a few really great people to work with. everyone works super hard.

Cons

-a cess pool of people who have worked for reebok, with not enough experience who are in over their head. -was hired then found out there was no room for growth, when i specifically said I came to nobull for career growth. -leadership made terrible decisions which ultimately lead to letting half of the company go and not paying out bonus's. -no strategy for apparel that made sense, it was all over the place.

Pros

My peers and immediate leadership were great, caring people.

Cons

Some really bad business decisions were made with incredibly poor leadership (ie building a huge new HQ, sponsoring the NFL combine,etc ) that led to more than 80 people being laid off after being consistently told that we were crushing it and doing awesome financially. A group was furloughed for 4 months then laid off the day before the furlough was supposed to end with zero communication between the start and end of the furlough. Worst decision I’ve ever made joining Nobull. The ship is sinking.

- Power culture with lack of acknowledgment unless you’re right under leaderships nose - No prior financial analysis or planning throughout the business - Management that took credit for work, discouraged speaking up, and gatekept team members from other teams/ colleagues/ leadership - Egotistical brand and marketing initiatives - Poor product planning (never listened to the consumers wants/needs) - “Unlimited time off” that was never encouraged - Arrogant business decisions to grow selfish wants and needs without looking out for the rest of the company - poor quality product at unreasonable price point - overly exclusive environment, never felt like a team - HR leadership that preached respect and happiness but ignored slacks and ultimately completely disrespected those laid off - Cowardly and disrespectful lay off. No answers. No explanation. No warning.
