      Pros

      Working in education is very fulfilling. Some days are really hard as there's a lot of moving parts and coordination between so many stakeholders, but as everyone involved - be they internal or external - cares so deeply about education and achievement everyone is so understanding and willing to work with each other to get what is best for every student/learner. Quite a competitive annual leave package and flexible approach to working - hybrid, specific hours etc
