At one time a great company to work for! Expected to retire and instead thrown out like trash because of greedy and not very bright management!

Cons

They destroyed people's lives and once a good company. These companies expect everything from you until they make financial mistakes and then let go of the people who built the company because of their bad judgement. Norcal destroyed lives. I hope the company crumbles they way they treated solid employees...

Fully stocked coffee bar. Adjustable desks. All of the offices are being remodeled.

Career growth opportunities are limited and will depend on the popularity and integrity of your hiring manager. Listen for clues about the team culture when interviewing. There is a reason for high turnover in certain departments. Longtime employees may turn a blind eye to the poor office culture and stagnation, but the smart ones leave as soon as they can explain the blip on their resume.
