      Exposure on how a terrible company works

      Cons

      Management 1) Termination is a common practice here. (Often hire new staff to spy and get rid of old staff) 2) Constant change of management (No direction) 3) Customer and sales relationship not as close as some are bypassing local subsidiaries. 4) Ridiculous budget 5) German visits every other month to monitor but doesn’t provide any support Environment 1) Most political company in my whole career 2) Pantry budget cut 3) Benefits cut

      Competitive salary, decent product line. Nice looking office. Very image oriented.

      Cons

      Terrible work/life balance. Will confirm in writing that no references will be provided should you leave. Extremely unhealthy environment for anyone with a family. Profits goals are above any scense of morality, ethics or employee current work load.Constantly micro managed by unqualified management! Senior management will have no issue to denigrate anyone in front of pears. High turnover in all departments, the chair may still be hot if you get a job.
