      Pros

      The clients are awesome to work with, beautiful campus and some of the staff were great to work with.

      Cons

      High stress environment, management was garbage, understaffed, large work load, unnecessary work, underpaid, high burnout, unwilling to listen to concerns or implement change, the answer was always no and that they were in the hole financially.

      Pros

      There were no pro's when I left this position.

      Cons

      Nova went straight down hill around 2013/2014 and became unethical, disorganized, hostile and the level of treatment went from excellent to absolutely terrible. It didn't improve at all after that.

      Pros

      Well run clinical team and partnerships with outside agencies.

      Cons

      Chronically understaffed, poor work culture/high burnout, and recovery groups still had remnants of old encounter therapy processes, which are not evidence-based or trauma informed - particularly for a juvenile population.
