Save your money on lunch. Management keeps feeding staff 'pies in the sky,' and they can’t even finish them.

Cons

The pay is below market standard, with no salary increments, AWS and bonuses. The workload and operational demands are significantly higher than industry averages, working hours is long. The role carries substantial psychological pressure. The work environment feels unsustainable and restrictive.

People are nice to work with on the average, enviroment is toxic to the level you will be remove if they feel cant "Blend well" with them.

Cons

Toxic management who only care bout them self. Com and Ben is down the drain. Stingy as it is. not recommand to join honestly.
