      Cons

      Racist, discrimination towards non-japanese employee,terminate the employee without concrete reason as and when they feel like it. Non japanese are given non management positions but japanese are given management position.

      Great company culture; management is very supportive to the employees and colleagues are helpful to each other; it is a memorable experience to work there
