      Pros

      You are not just another number. You get out of the job what you put into it. Great work does not go unnoticed. The boss is a great teacher.

      Cons

      Every job has its ups and downs. Traveling and working weekends got old but, I know the boss is continuously working on providing better work-life-balance.
