      Before private equity takeover it was a great place to work

      Before being purchased by a PE firm it was a great company and great place to work. Great culture, high moral..see cons

      Cons

      Once it was taken over py a private equity firm it's been awful, they killed the culture, outside of the CEO terrible leadership, they dont carr about you, only the bottom line and that was never the case before
