People on the outside who deal with NStar are always pissed because everyone is such a bum, avoid jobs in customer care. Run, run if you still can.
If you try to explain anything to a manager they will just say no its simple and cut you off, and then maybe make fun of the quirks of the way you speak.
General attitude of company is that it doesn't care, wants to penny pinch it's way to glory.
You will usually have 12 hours of work for every 8 hour day, and people will wonder why it isn't all done. Even in the union.
You will often be doing favors for people.
Uses ancient technology.
Have never even seen upper management in the building.
A lot of people are untrained so you will find yourself explaining their job to them. Ridiculous.
