      the environment at DCMI was great before the new shareholders came in. hours were great and benefits (other than salary) was not bad

      Cons

      lack of direction post acquisition caused many to fear for their own jobs and to leave for some place else. stagnant growth/downward contraction in sales means costs cutting each year
