      Decent experience for a public university in China.

      Pros

      - Classes were scheduled on 2 days of the week, so plenty of time for prep/grading. - Direct supervisors were easy to reach and helpful

      Cons

      - Taught only non-English majors, and only met with each class once per week. Class sizes ranged from 35-55. Building relationships with students was difficult.

      winter and summer semester break. each break can last more than a month. government organized activities

      Cons

      most of the times give one year contract. paper work at the end of the term
