      Working with the NWP Group has been an enriching experience, as the organization encompasses a diverse portfolio of businesses. These include renowned restaurant brands such as Big Chicken and Burger King, Qmart Stores as a convenience store chain, and Skylark as a construction company. This diversity has provided me with the opportunity to contribute to various industries and gain valuable insights into multiple business domains.

      It was sometimes challenging to communicate on essential matters as my manager was often very busy and not readily available to take my calls.

      Pros

      To see how much NWP has flourished since the beginning has been very impressive. The growth isn't just in terms of numbers, but a more enhanced workforce and technological innovations that simplify everyday HR operations. The company is willing to invest in streamlining daily operations and they are committed to ensuring continued education and skill development for staff striving for career progression. They also provide nice, competitive benefits. My journey has been mostly positive. I've formed some wonderful bonds and lasting connections at this company!

      Sometimes challenges would arise from the company's practice of readily accommodating external influences that seek to introduce changes without proper acknowledgment of the existing company culture. There should be more of a collaborative approach when it comes to accommodating external suggestions or changes. I also believe a downside could stem from the company's familial environment, at times leading to a too relaxed approach in respecting individuals' opinions.
