Unlimited PTO: The company offered unlimited paid time off, which was a fantastic benefit. It allowed for a good work-life balance and flexibility when it came to taking time off. Training: nZero provided thorough training when onboarding new employees. They ensured that everyone was well-prepared for their roles, which helped in performing the job effectively from the start.
Cons
Poor Communication: The company's communication was abysmal. Important information was often not shared with employees, leading to confusion and frustration. Decisions were made without consulting or informing the team, which significantly impacted our ability to perform our jobs effectively. Lack of Transparency: The company was not transparent with its plans or direction. There were frequent changes in strategy and priorities without any clear communication about the reasons behind them. This lack of transparency created an atmosphere of uncertainty and mistrust among employees.
