      The compnay pays decent to middle class managers.

      Cons

      Slow decision making process. highly paid and compensated, Incompetent leadership team. labor at the farms are treated very unfairly. they make peanuts comparing to what the General Managers and directors are making.

      At present a safe place from rest of the areas of Saudi Arabia

      Cons

      Unhygienic bathroom and toilet is one of the main concern. Management does not care about the concerns of employees. Even for getting a Bank account the employees have to take leave and travel 3-4 hours from haradh to hafuf. The housing department is useless👎
