Pros

It sounded like a great opportunity.

Cons

Account Execs are a joke. Good luck trying to please them as they barely work while you don't get a lunch break or leave till dark. Zero training yet major expectations.

Pros

Some of the people are fantastic and will become lifelong friends. Vendors provide clear information that will benefit your client(s). Friends will not pay your bills though...so read the "Cons" with an open mind. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the people I met. They make the company fun, but being nice will not get you far in the company.

Cons

Management is not professional and there is a TREMENDOUS lag in communication. Criticism is based on hear-say and there is no training. If you have none to little experience in sales, don't expect to be trained. They will promise you the moon and stars, but you will be given a telescope-to put the comparison lightly. This job brings on a tremendous amount of stress-professionally and personally. Most employees are driven by money and not teamwork. It's quiet sad that this company is as successful as it is given how poor they treat employees. Don't expect anyone to be reprimanded for treating an employee unfairly or disrespectfully because seniority speaks more volume then your concern.

Pros

-Casual dress every day -Benefits/vacation time-

Cons

Best believe that if you are applying or getting weaved into working for Ben/Ambyr at the Northbrook location. DO NOT COMMIT TO THAT TRAP! You will be sold a dream, and you will be getting treated like the lowest peasant that there is in the world. They will mention how wonderful the company is (that part is true) and how they are the best in the business (not true). They're low intellect, and poor communication/social skills will have you looking for a new job immediately. A month in, if you are not doing what is told (doesn't matter if you don't know how to do it lol) you will be put on a Performance Improvement Plan. What a joke! It's like Michael Jordan showing you how to shoot, and then expecting you to go out the next day and make every shot possible. Comedy Central to say the least. At most times you will find yourself questioning your inner self as they have no idea how to explain anything. You get told one thing to do, you do it, and then you are told that you are completely wrong! They will also talk smack about you behind your back in their little online chat. You might wonder, how does one find out about that? Thats because they have sent that message by accident to one of the employees. All in all, it will be the most toxic environment that you will ever be in. DONT find yourself committing to that non-sense. If you want to be valued as a person, as a business professional, and want to grow within the industry. THOSE ARE NOT THE PEOPLE YOU WANT TO BE WORKING FOR.
