1.) Vervent Audio Group - They dictate new products and set unrealistic deadlines that are mandatory to meet - the quality Naim is known for has been seriously erroded in favour of quick win profits and a poorly driven venture into the 'luxury market'. 2.) The lack of trust and one way communication by the French owners has caused unrepairable friction which has caused highly skilled engineers to seek employment elsewhere. Few orginals still remain! 3.) Group prefer to use ODMs and off-the-shelf modules rather than use the design talent available in Salisbury. Hand-holding ODMs is now the role of R&D engineers. 4.) The Salisbury traffic is regularly a nightmare.
