      1. Flexible hours, remote work 2. Reasonable salaries 3. Annual company-wide trips

      Cons

      1. Company did a layoff in 2023 and still quietly terminates its employees bit by bit with no oversight by any of the founders - if your superior thinks you're useless, you're a goner! No such thing as trying to go to a different department, or to grow and improve?? 2. In my opinion, some managers do not have any real or credible work experience and don't know how to manage others nor do they take any steps in trying to improve themselves in this regard. I left a good and stable job to join this company only to be disappointed. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY!!!!

      - High autonomy and trust in employees - Transparent communication from leadership - Team here is open and communicative, helpful and incredibly smart - Generous benefits - Fully remote work, team is globally distributed so you get to meet and work with people all over!

      Cons

      - Processes are being built and rebuilt, expected as part of a scale up company but may be confusing sometimes - Emphasis on speed, and the lack of defined processes may be a little overwhelming to those who more structure and review

      Pros

      Nansen is a young company that moves fast and is eager to build. Leadership is thoughtful about the vision of the company -- both product and culture -- and I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the journey! People are open to new ideas, receptive to collaborating, incredibly smart, and do not let their ego get in the way. If you work hard and smart, I feel like your impact is seen and valued. It truly feels like a team working together to build cool things.

      Cons

      As a young startup, many processes and workflows are still being built. The company is suitable for independent, motivated individuals who thrive in uncertainty, and are excited to see a company scale up and grow with it. This makes it challenging for those who either love the chaos of a pre-seed startup -- because standardising procedures is part of scaling up -- or the order and stability of a much more established company.
