Your own 'team' stealing text messages for appointments. The system is flawed where they control outcome, no matter how hard you work! Same people are successful and it is based on the day work assignment day 1 the best given consistently to others. Not based on seniority or skill level. Preferential treatment! People were openly made fun of and it was encouraged. Spiffs that seemed to be awarded to the same people where workers were shouting out loud it was rigged. Biased, abusive management and it was not hidden. Spraying perfumes, and air fresheners in an enclosed place and forced to work with the lights turned off. Nothing wrong with the lights. Employees are pawns to the director who used these tactics to try to force fire, enjoying making people miserable. Awful. WORSE JOB EVER!
