      I can't believe I signed up for this

      Pros

      Working here was ok for a time when I really needed a job. The incentive and bonuses were nice.

      Cons

      I can't believe I signed up for this job when they offer a lot less than other companies. Benefits were no better, and we need to work on site. They couldn't let employees work from home when everyone else is already doing that.

      Pros

      Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. The pay is decent.

      Cons

      The management and especially HR are ignorant and incompetent. The managers are incapable of being leaders because they have no clue how to handle the employees. They are not firm in their decisions, and they don't seem confident in what they tell us. Also, the HR is useless because of so many issues in the workplace that go unpunished.

      The owner is so lovely and took care of her employees all through covid. She paid us March - October even though there wasn’t any work. All class.

      Cons

      Covid stopped most of the monthly business clients.
