      - Really good exposure to media landscape and advertising world - Autonomy over projects - Team culture is good, everyone is open to feedback and has your back

      Cons

      - Benefits are bare minimum (health insurance) - Internal processes are really long winded and tires people out dealing with them - Typical agency lifestyle, compounded with it being a Chinese company so be prepared for long hours
