      Some positives, but frustrating place

      4% of salary RRSP contributions

      Cons

      Disorganized and poor management, incompetent supervisor in dept. Lack of flexibility re remote work. Dropped covid protections too soon. Understaffed and chaotic. Odd religious culture.

      The benefits were good, that’s the only good thing about the company.

      Cons

      If you care about a work life balance, you will not get it with the accounting department. If you would like a hybrid or remote position, you will not get it. Poor pay, horrible department management. Unorganized, lack of communication, two faced. Extremely micro management and stress level is very high. Not worth it!!!!
