      How things appear on the outside are not how they are on the inside

      Pros

      Spiffy new headquarters office. Friendly folks.

      Cons

      Culture is very cut-throat and competitive. Wages are very low. Their claim of having a work-life balance culture is false. If a team member doesn't make the job their life, they will be ousted. 2018 3rd and 4th qtr bonuses were not paid out. The excuse was that they didn't have the funds due to the high costs associated with building out a new headquarters building. No mentoring and very little new hire and on the job training. Too many leadership heads to get decisions made.

      Pros

      Atmosphere is great! Family owned business and it shows! Spreading world wellness is their motto and everyone feels involved!

      Cons

      Unfortunately after over a year here I've seen many good people walk due to hitting pay ceiling with no real chance for advancement. The pay is not competitive in the industry.

      - Employees are generally awesome - Great company vision and mission - Occasional "perks" such as offsite meetings and company events

      Cons

      - Out of touch from a compensation perspective - Family ownership means people are in management positions that should not be - Little to no career advancement, be happy to stay at the position you're at unless you marry into the family.
