Pros
Friendly coworkers. Smart, hard-working, intellectuals, some more social than others. Good benefits and fair pay.
Cons
Expect A LOT of emails and meetings, especially after 5pm because of work with China. Little to no work culture depending on economic times. Management were rarely ever seen outside their offices.

High cost of living area, too execs run the entire show w/o much training or sharing experience to climb the ladder
