Initially I was excited to join Navro, but my experience was ultimately disappointing. The company's culture is more
focused on numbers than people, and it shows in their treatment of employees.
The biggest issue I had was with the company's hiring and firing practices. They promise growth and opportunities, but
in reality, they're constantly laying off people without warning. It's a stressful environment that can be difficult to
thrive in.
I also had issues with the contracts they make you sign. While I understand the importance of protecting intellectual
property, the language was overly broad and could have unintended consequences. It felt like they were trying to trap
employees into long-term commitments without giving them a clear understanding of what they were getting themselves
into.
The CEO, Aran Brown, seems more focused on meeting quarterly targets than on building a positive company culture.
Managers are under pressure to meet hiring quotas, which can lead to hasty decisions that don't always benefit the
company in the long run.
Overall, my experience at Navro was frustrating and stressful. While there may be some positives to working
for the company, I wouldn't recommend it to someone looking for a stable and fulfilling career.
