Firstly, upper management is terrible. All CXOs have no technical or business knowledge and are very egotistical. Their analysis techniques are wrong, even the basic ones, but if you point them out they take it on their ego and say dont teach me. Leave structure is a joke. Managers are a joke. High attrition. High learning rate but in the wrong direction. Don't learn their methods and apply in other projects, it's hilarious. They'll make you work even on weekends without acknowledging the effort you have put. Their product is most bogus. Previously they had multiple products but due to lack of vision and inability to carry projects out, other products are shut down and only one is standing.

- The leadership team itself has no business understanding and technical knowledge to drive a company - There is no respect for the employees and their precious contribution. Even HR team is just executing the instructions from CXOs. - No business growth and still a series A funded startup since 2014. - No subject matter experts for domain expertise and product development - Very poor retention rate - If u r not a YES man and prefer to try something new or ask questions, then u will immediately be criticised and mentally tortured by senior management
