Small company with a friendly atmosphere; management communicates well with employees and employees have the ability to take on any available role. Even in tough times the company has remained ethical and true to their core business values.
Cons
Company's future is unclear. They're struggling to find a way to succeed with their current business model. Should they make it past that (significant) hurdle this would be a great place to work, but it's not clear whether that can happen.
