      Pros

      - 100% remote work allows a lot of flexibility and boosts productivity - Co-workers with many years of experience and diverse backgrounds from whom I can learn a lot even though our fields of work are different - Management are down-to-earth people who are always open to discussions and feedbacks

      - Co-workers living in different time zones means working hours may not be aligned - Remote work requires a certain level of self-discipline and proactiveness - Compensations depend a lot on company performance
