1. The pay is far below market, even for Michigan. It almost impossible not to get better pay elsewhere. 2. Management plays favorites and if you're not on the hot list you're treated like livestock. 3. The company is very cheap, and will shoot themselves in the foot to save a dime. 4. Corporate culture is disgusting. Backstabbers, and liars are everywhere. Everyone hides behind paperwork and bureaucracy to avoid doing their jobs.

They used to be a great place to work until we went corporate. Before that we were treated well for our job performance. The turnover in our department was relatively low, usually because of better opportunities elsewhere. However, once the new accounting manager was hired, people started dropping like flies. It was ok with HR if we were talked down to, lied to, yelled at (literally). Don’t even bother to go to HR-they do not care about the employees. Gives Human Resources a whole new meaning. “Pillars of Trust” is a unfunny joke. There is always too much to do and not enough employees to do it. I don’t mind working hard and keeping busy, but we were continually hampered by spreadsheets and pivot tables instead of actually doing the job. The stress was over the top.
