Pros

The pay is nice, the office is nice, some of the people there are genuinely great.

Cons

Micromanaging, Big-Brother levels of surveillance, unrealistic expectations all around, publicly portrayed work culture is a facade, for a customer service oriented company it is entirely driven by unattainable metrics for employees rather than performance or quality of work which forces technicians into meta-gaming an already broken system which in turn breeds workplace rivalry instead of the "friendly competition" it appears as on paper. Terrible health insurance offerings for families. It's also worth noting that HR urges employees to go to GlassDoor and leave (positive) reviews early in their start with the company. I found this very odd at first, and in hindsight, very scummy.

Pros

Good location if live in northern burbs. Lot of free lunches and snacks.

Cons

Excessively high turnover in all departments. 16% alone in last 30 days. (5 of 31 FT) Major differences between stated priorities and actual priorities and between words and actions. Highly religious culture to the point of being uncomfortable. Almost petty, but HVAC erratic and bathroom situation is deplorable.

Pros

Remote work, some nice people, decent product

Cons

Management- they have no idea what they are doing, fire without warning without any performance issues and they act like their decisions don't impact anyone else. We are adults trying to make a living and despite their core value of "treating people respectfully" they don't do that. Pay structure is poor at best and I would run from this place because they pivot before thinking.
